These Terms govern your use of the Excellence Training Centre website and courses at excellenceqatar.com (the “Service”). By enrolling or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when you register or enrol.
2. Enrolment & access
Once enrolled, you receive access to the relevant course content for your personal, non-commercial learning. Access is granted to you individually and may not be shared.
3. Payment & refunds
Paid courses are subject to the price shown at enrolment and to our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, resell, redistribute, record or publicly share course materials, and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
5. Intellectual property
All course content, text, videos, graphics and materials are owned by Excellence Training Centre or its instructors and are protected by copyright. You receive a limited licence to access them for your own learning only.
6. Certificates
Certificates of Completion are issued on genuine 100% completion of a course and confirm participation. They are not accredited qualifications unless expressly stated.
7. Disclaimer
Courses are provided for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee specific results (such as passing an exam or obtaining a job).
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Excellence Training Centre is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
