If you are not satisfied with a paid course, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no complicated forms, no hassle.
Eligibility
To keep this guarantee fair for everyone, a refund can be granted where:
- Your request is made within 14 days of the purchase date; and
- You have completed less than 25% of the course; and
- You have not been issued or downloaded a Certificate of Completion for the course.
How to request a refund
Simply contact us through our Contact page with your name, the email used to enrol, and the course name. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your provider.
What is not covered
- Requests made after the 14-day window.
- Courses that have been substantially completed (25% or more) or where a certificate has been earned.
- Free courses (no payment has been taken).
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
